This ensures proper alignment between the chain and the plate wheels and prevents fit differences that can affect the overall life of the chain drive. GL also manufactures the sprockets and plate wheels from solid materials or welded material exactly as the customer requires. GL offers a variety of tooth shapes and material options with or without hardened teeth. Designs include simplex, duplex, triplex and cast iron. European standard / AMERICA standard / Asian standard are avilable.
